Enhancements:

HTML-3968 Various improvements to the experimentalStructuredOutput setting:

• Improved reading the structured tree from the PDF, allowing for more PDFs to have their structured content output correctly
• Fixed a bug where pages with no structured content would output the full structured tree
• Fixed an error where failure to read a marked content object stopped the rest of the structured tree from being read
• Fixed an issue where an EMC command is not correctly read, breaking further reading of the structured tree, and stopping elements of the structured tree from being mapped correctly
• Improved support for more complex behaviour in the struct tree output, including /NonStruct and /Artifact keys getting custom behaviour to better map their purpose in HTML, and improvements to ActualText to help Screen Readers better parse the correct text

Fixes:

HTML-4005 Fixed the SinglefileOptions class not outputting into the BuildVu Javadocs

CORE-4211 BuildVu will now throw an exception if the disk runs out of space mid-conversion rather than trying to continue and produce a broken output
