IDR Solutions Limited ("IDRsolutions", "we", "us", "our") is a software company specialising in Java-based PDF processing tools, including BuildVu, FormVu, JPedal, and JDeli. We are registered in England and Wales.

We do not store credit or debit card details on our own systems. All payment transactions are processed directly by Stripe. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details of how they handle your financial data.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected.

7. Online File Conversions

When you use our online conversion tools, the file you upload is used solely to perform the conversion. We do not read, analyse, or retain the content of your files. Uploaded files and their converted outputs are deleted automatically one hour after the conversion is complete.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data. These rights are free to exercise — we will never charge a fee for a subject access request or any other rights request.

Our products and services are intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.
