HTML-4001 Extended HTML text transparency emulation to detect transparency defined in ancestor XObjects, not just the direct parent

Fixes:

HTML-3998 Fixed singlefile mode incorrectly adding lang="null" when documentLang is not set, and ignoring the setting when it is

HTML-4000 Fixed <section> tag improperly closed by </div> in singlefile mode

CORE-4192 Fixed handling of unexpected invalid key in annotations, which could lead to the object not being fully read

CORE-4203 Fixed an issue where blank pages were produced due to incorrect handling of an unrecognised array

CORE-4204 Fixed an issue where double line feeds at beginning of encrypted stream could be skipped, leading to files not being decoded correctly

CORE-4212 Fixed issue in XObject parsing where a /Contents entry was not being read correctly, causing part of the converted file to not display correctly
