Cloud Terms of Service
Last updated: 31st March 2020
Your use of the IDRsolutions cloud services constitutes your acceptance of and compliance with the Terms of Service described below. The Service is operated by IDRsolutions Ltd, UK.
The Service will convert documents and return a Zip file containing the converted document. The API is provided for conversion only and is not intended to be a document hosting service. You agree to download converted documents and host them on your own servers.
Access will be provided after payment has been received and will be removed at the start of the next billing period if the subscription is not renewed.
IDRsolutions is offering this service as an experiment to gauge interest and determine commercial viability. IDRsolutions may terminate your access to or decide to cease offering this service at any time and for any reason (but our aim would be to provide notice of 1 month before discontinuing the service).
You must not use our services for any form of copyright infringement. IDRsolutions does not monitor customer content, and all files are automatically deleted after 1 hour. IDRsolutions does not allow obscenity or otherwise illegal material to be processed. IDRsolutions has the final say on what is deemed inappropriate.
IDRsolutions does not provide an uptime guarantee. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure uptime, however we do not have dedicated staff responsible for ensuring the uptime of this service round the clock. Our engineers are available Mon-Fri during standard office hours (UK time).
There will be downtime such as when updating to new product releases or renewing SSL certificates and in cases of hardware failures or Denial of Service Attacks (hopefully not) or for other unspecified reasons.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that IDRsolutions will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The last updated date will be amended above when any changes are made. The updated terms will be effective on the date of your billing renewal or after 30 days. Your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
