When you contact us with your Company name, address and details of product you want to buy (i.e Which license and which product) we will send you an invoice to pay online with a credit card or via bank transfer. As soon as the payment has been made we will give you full access to the software.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to give you a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have removed any material created by the software.
BuildVu is a yearly license which you will need to renew each year to use the converter. Converted documents are yours to keep even if you choose not to renew your license.
There are no external callbacks and no internet connection is required when running the software on your own servers. In the case of a Cloud Subscription, the documents will be transferred from your computer to our server for conversions.
