Payment Methods

Direct Bank Transfer Payments

In January 2019 we sent all of our customers an email to let them know that we were going to be making some changes to our billing procedure from 1st February 2019. Here at IDRsolutions we rarely raise our prices and we are planning to keep our charges unchanged in 2019. However, we are increasingly finding that banks are charging larger and larger handling fees on bank transfers. So we will be adding an additional $20 to the cost if you wish to renew using a bank transfer


Credit or Debit Card Payments

We are now able to send digital invoices to all of our customers with the option to purchase your licence or renewal directly through the quote its self using a secure payment gateway. We will not add any processing fees on this option.


Cheque

In January 2019 we let all of our customers know that we will no longer be accepting cheques as a payment method (unless agreed otherwise). You will be required to purchase your renewal by requesting a Digital quotation or by paying via Bank transfer.
