PDF Java e-book Solutions
PJES (pronounced 'pages') is a freemium service which lets you create easily distributable readerless e-books from your PDF content.
The resulting file will run on any machine with Java SE (PCs, laptops, Netbooks, many PDAs) providing a simple, secure viewer for your content using our world class Java PDF viewer - view, search and print with ease. You can even link in other PDF files which can be opened from links in your content.

Privacy policy
Please note that all files will be deleted from our servers once the conversion is completed.
Encryption
Encrypted files are automatically detected and the jars will require a password to open. You do not need to supply the password to build the jar.
Customisation and support
This is an unsupported freemium service. If you would like support or customisations, please contact us for more details.
Future enhancements
This is just the first release. Plans for future possible enhancements include:-
- Time-limited access and ability to disable any version
- Attach a unique file icon for display
- Ability to check automatically for updates, details of promotions and new versions, and prompt user
- Feature to load additional content
- Links to websites so user can download demo and visit site/shop
- Access to remote versions of files and ability to choose newer releases
Batch conversion
A batch version of the PDF Java E-book Solution is also available for commercial customers which allows you to automate the conversion process for large numbers of files on your servers and integrate it into your business processes.
It is much faster than the web service and can also work in batch mode (process an entire directory of PDFs with one click of a button).
The batch process is provided as a free archived directory and batch scripts to run the conversion. Click here to download. To run, it will need a copy of the source code which requires a commercial license.
